Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items. That means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return if something's wrong.
Items Eligible for Return
- The item must be defective, damaged, or misprinted
- You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery
- Include a photo of the issue and your order number
We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, change of mind, etc.). All items are made to order and printed just for you.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@millionzillionbeers.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description.
If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and either replace the item or issue a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or designs. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
EU Customers
If your order is shipping to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Customer provides return shipping.
